Band on the Wall

Band on the Wall is a not-for-profit venue run by registered charity Inner City Music. Their mantra is to present the best music from around the world and support main stage events with a dynamic education programme which operates throughout the year -  both in the venue and in the community and at local schools.

The organisation was awarded £3.2 million in July 2007, in combined awards by Arts Heritage Centre and the Heritage Lottery Fund as part of a £4 million project to transform the venue into a 21st century centre for music. The Band on the Wall was refurbished and opened on September 25, 2009, and lists Julian Joseph and Mica Paris among its patrons
