Infamous Victorian Criminals

The greater Manchester Police Museum is taking you back in time to the Victorian era and into the cells that housed some of the most infamous criminals of the Victorian period.

Opening in 1981, this once very busy police station locked away some of the countries most notorious criminals, with exhibitions to trigger your imagination and recreate a renowned time period.

The museum will be bringing back some of the worst criminals to tell you all what they did, and why they did it. There will be a Victorian history performance for all the family, written by playwright and comedian Sally Houghton.

Take a few hours out of your days to visit the thought-provoking museum to get a real taste of the Victorian culture and get inside the heads of the criminals

Over two days there will be four shows lasting 40 minutes each.
