The Alchemist Brings Double the Magic the Manchester
The Alchemist is no ordinary drinks venue. Since it opened in Spinningfields in December 2010 it has been amazing visitors with a variety of concoctions carefully created by a team of imaginative mixologists - and not only for cocktails either! This popular venue also presents morning coffee, lunch and dinner alongside a host of drink choices, guiding you into the evening where you can try a selection of tastes that have kept people coming back for more.
As its popularity has continued to grow, Tim Bacon, Managing Director of Living Ventures, noticed The Alchemists' special charm: 'We love The Alchemist and feel it will add nicely to another area of Manchester'. With this in mind, plans to create a second venue situated on the corner of New York Street and Mosley Street has come underway, and plans to be opened this coming June. 'New York Street has a lovely feel to it but perhaps lacks a "local",' Bacon comments, 'The Alchemist will hopefully fill the void.'
A lot of care has gone into the quality of the drinks and food available, and ripples of excitement have already begun in anticipation of the new venue.
