Thomas Turns Two!


The Northern Quarter’s increasingly popular restaurant and bar, Thomas, celebrated it's second birthday in March with style, introducing a fresh, innovative spring menu and a handful of special offers! Classically trained, Moroccan chef, Midi Harmim, combines French influences with the best of seasonal produce to entice us with a new menu, which is simply too good to resist.

Select a luxurious Lobster Bisque for starters, combined with tomatoes, butter and white wine for £6.95. Then tempt your taste buds with a main of Artichoke Risotto, marinated with crumbled duck egg yolk for £11.95. Or if that doesn’t fill you up, tease your sweet tooth with Thomas’ Chocolate Éclair, served with fresh strawberries and Chantilly cream for just £5.95!

These delectable inventions can be enjoyed alongside the new special offer, which includes two courses for £13.95, between 12pm-7pm, Monday to Saturday.

‘Thomas After Work’ offer brings savings for those unwinding at a hard day at the office with reduced priced cocktails and beers 4pm-7pm, Monday to Friday.
